Most recently, Taylor led human resources at The Weather Channel where she was responsible for more than 1,000 employees in the United States and the United Kingdom. Previously, as the top human resources executive at AutoTrader.com, Inc., she was instrumental in designing, recruiting and managing the 2,400-employee organization and driving AutoTrader鈥檚 success. Taylor has been recognized by Savoy magazine as one of the 鈥淭op 100 Most Influential Women in Corporate America.鈥�
